Baking / Polymerization

Once the surface is coated, we reach the final stage-polymerization. The coated item is baked in the industrial polymerization oven, ventilated at constant temperature (the temperature is regulated according to the type of coating and surface). The powder applied forms a homogeneous layer, i.e. a high resistance film.

The fundamental factor for an optimal final result is that the temperature should ensure gradual baking. This is why we carry out weekly checks using DATAPAQ, a specific tool for controlling the industrial coating area baking curve on both the work piece and the air temperature..
